Feldererhof – farm holidays near Merano
The Feldererhof offers three apartments for your holiday in South Tyrol.
All apartments consist of a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room includes a kitchenette, a dinette and a couch that can be used comfortably as a bed for two people. Each apartment is equipped with a modern flatscreen TV (at least 32"), a radio, a coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment and a water boiler. The apartments “Count Volkmar” and “Tower” are additionally equipped with a dishwasher. We can provide you with a toaster, hair blower or special kitchen equipment on request.
It was really important for us to use natural and environmentally friendly building materials for the construction and the furniture of the apartments. The walls are breathable, the wall paint and oils on the floors and ceilings are all biological. The furniture was customized by the carpenter with a simple and elegant line of solid and light-colored beech wood from South Tyrol. The floor also consists of local beech wood and the light wooden ceiling is made up of spruce wood. The stone in the courtyard and on the staircase, the windowsills and more is porphyry, a stone coming from the quarry of close-by Andriano. The eight solar cells on the roof produce the hot water for the house and the photovoltaics supplies the house with some of the necessary electricity.
We provide our guests with bed-linen as well as towels for the bathroom and kitchen. You can either wash the linen and towels yourselves or inform us when they need to be washed. We can provide you with an ironing table and an electric iron if you wish. A clothesline can be found on your balcony.
For young children we have – if it is needed – a crib and a high chair.
